It is unclear whether the anti-nausea effects of cannabis preparations containing only CBD are as significant as the effects of preparations using all the cannabinoids together.  If pure CBD preparations are not helpful enough I would try whole plant or similar preparations to take advantage of what is called the \"entourage effect.\"  Many preparations for chemotherapy induced nausea are available, including mouth sprays, lozenges, and of course vaping devices. Some people use cannabis to help with the negative effects of chemo/radiation, (nausea, pain, appetite etc...) and has been very effective. Others take both to target the cancer itself. Yes there are no studies done and I cannot say that cannabis cures cancer. What I can say is that I have 4 people with various cancers that have been taking High CBD tincture + RSO oil every day and have scans done every 3 months with the result being \"unremarkable\" meaning no new tumors and no activity. There are no studies I know of that have to do with cancer and cannabis in humans, but Dr. Christina Sanchez in Spain has done alot of work with THC and cancer, she has youtube videos. The members I have that are taking our super high CBD tincture along with a concentrated THC oil are doing quite well. They have been getting CT scans every 3 months and there has been no new activity for over a year.
