He does notice a difference in school being able to focus better, turn in assignments, etc... it seems to wear off after lunch. After a couple weeks now, he seems to think that it may not be working as well. Wondering if he is becoming tolerant already and what could be done if this happens. However, medical marijuana may become available in Virginia in 2019! \n\nWe are still waiting to hear more information about the program, however we do know that the Virginia Board of Pharmacy will grant five licenses for medical marijuana dispensaries that should begin operating in the next year or so. There are of course reports from various people that have claimed to have been \"cured\" of cancer by using cannabis in very high CBD:THC ratios.\n\nFrom my perspective I look at this from any negative effects that can occur from using cannabis in this situation. Your mother might be experiencing pain from her cancer and cannabis has been shown to work very well in helping with this.
