Think of a whole flower, as a whole strawberry, and concentrated oils as just the vitamin C.   There are probably more health benefits in a whole strawberry than just vitamin C.  We just may not be aware of them.  Concentrated oils, on the other hand, are more potent (50-90%) of the ingredient you are trying to have a benefit from.\nFor lung health, I would also take in consideration the actual type of cannabis.
