The mental feelings may differ drastically and there is a significant different between sativa and indica, but past that things start to smooth out for many illnesses. This is because many of them are mostly helped by either THC or CBD.\n\nCurrently there is not a lot of research on specific strains, just a lot of evidence that cannabinoids can help your lungs to open up. Since cannabis has such a low risk for patients, I would recommend vaporizing a hybrid cannabis strain. Try asking your budtender for a nice middle of the road strain that does not have the properties to cause you anxiety (just in case you are prone to those types of feelings)\n\nryan","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9578-markdown","title":"what strain is good for insomnia","slug":"what-strain-is-good-for-insomnia","content":"\n_____________________\nHi there, \n\nI'd like to state that i'm not a DR. I have personally found relief by taking a high CBD tincture daily. We suggest taking 2 sprays of Absorb CBD tincture, which is made from the ACDC strain, twice daily for prevention. It's a 20-25:1 ratio so there's no \"high\" effect. This product is also great for anxiety and tastes delicious. Occasionally, that creepy, irritating need to move my legs does sneak in, such as after a really long day, but I can usually stop it by taking an extra dose of CBD via tincture or topical application. Before taking a long flight, I take extra dose of CBD by slathering it on my legs topically with Absorb CBD topical oil. It smells nice and has no cannabis odor. For the most part, indica strains are thought to be more effective for most types of pain. Kush strains, for example, tend to have higher concentrations of CBD and are quite effective for various types of body pains. Sativas have higher THC concentration and are great for more cerebral types of pain management. A simple way to identify whether a specific strain is CBD or THC dominant is by analyzing the shape and density of the material. Indicas will tend to be more dense while Sativas will be more wispy.\n\norganic\n_____________________\nDifferent people seem to react differently to the ratios but for me, I have found that 20:1, 10:1, and 4:1 CBD to THC ratio to be very effective for pain relief and to reduce immflamuation. \n\nAs for strains, I like AC/DC, Harlequin, and Sour Tsunami\n\nseiboshen","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_7439-markdown","title":"Can you recommend a strain that will help with pain and insomnia better than candyland with crumble?","slug":"can-you-recommend-a-strain-that-will-help-with-pain-and-insomnia-better-than-candyland-with-crumble","content":"\n_____________________\nBeing a cross between platinum cookies (my favorite strain) and grandaddy purple (my other favorite strain), candy land should be a sleepytime strain.
