Trying to understand the concept of Microdosing.***\"\n\nAnne M.\n_____________________\n\nTypically when people talk about microdosing in the cannabis world, it's in the context of THC. Microdosing is supposed to give you positive effects without the psychoactive effects you could feel at higher doses. In this sense, I don't know if microdosing w/ CBD applies at all. \n\nFor your tincture...there is no set dose per person. After a quick search of your product online, it looks like 1 drop = 1mg CBD. Keep in mind that you might not feel anything right away. I've interviewed many patients & experts on CBD dosing, and those who see the best results take their CBD tincture every day--think of it as a vitamin. These folks have all said that it takes about 1 month to build up in your system. I'm not a doctor, but if I was trying to figure out a dosing routine for myself, I'd do at least 5mg CBD 2 to 3 times a day for at least 3 days and then reassess. If I didn't notice a difference, I would opt for a different tincture or a higher dose. \n\nDanielle L.","image":{"childImageSharp":{"fluid":{"base64":"data:image/png;base64,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","aspectRatio":1,"src":"/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/ee604/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.png","srcSet":"/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/69585/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.png 200w,\n/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/497c6/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.png 400w,\n/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/ee604/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.png 800w,\n/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/12b05/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.png 836w","srcWebp":"/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/58556/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.webp","srcSetWebp":"/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/61e93/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.webp 200w,\n/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/1f5c5/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.webp 400w,\n/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/58556/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.webp 800w,\n/static/8525059d3e0abd2b158e6ddb4882102a/6c306/d6573ff3b8aa9494e834c3acd5151b23.webp 836w","sizes":"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px"}}}}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8748-markdown","title":"How can THC tolerance be reduced? My daily symptoms include (neuropathic) headaches, sleep disturbances, neurocognitive disorders, psychological problems, and more. Cannabis with (higher) THC helps me like no other medicine in the world. However, cannabis acts only for few hours then all symptoms come back. On the Internet, I read that the main difference between THC and CBD is that THC substitutes a function of natural \"receptors\" (works only symptomatically), but CBD restores their function (works currativelly). Unfortunatelly a dose of CBD does not give me any relief. My question is: is it please possible that my symptoms might gradually disappear with long-term therapy only on CBD or do I have to keep combine with THC to feel the effect?\"\n_____________________\nWell, as far as I've experience the CBD product, it gave me really good relief from my symptoms.\nI would like to say that if you want relief permenantly, you should wait and watch. CBD may give you temperory effect on your symptoms, but it will surely cure your diesease.\nTalking about THC, I really suggest you not to take the CBD product which include THC. Because THC simply makes you high and is illigel as well.\nYou can take any CBD product which contains less than 0.3% THC.\n\nI suggest you to take Green Roads World's CBD Oil (https://www.greenroadsworld.com/collections/cbd-cannabis-oils) for that.\n\nsebastianwross\n_____________________\nUnfortunately there is no 1 size fits all with cannabis and no 'silver bullet'. Most often symptom relief for any medical condition comes by slowly figuring out what combination of products, cannibinoids and possible ratios work for you. Many people believe that CBD is more effective when used in combination with THC and all the other cannbinoids-CBN, CBG, THCA and so on. This is called the entourage effect. THC can be very minimal and not cause a psychoactive high, especially when in combination with CBD.\n\nIn my experience talking with people, LYME is most often 'cured' by something other than cannabis-alternative treatments, etc. People I have spoken with indicate that cannabis is best for symptom relief for the inflammation, insomnia and pain associated. I am not a doctor but I would caution you if anyone says cannabis is a cure for your medical condition. I like to say it is a tool for potential health and wellness when used appropriately. \n\npamelahadfield","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8684-markdown","title":"Recommendation fro cbd & thc dosesge","slug":"recommendation-fro-cbd-and-thc-dosesge","content":"","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8674-markdown","title":"What is the best CBD oil contain with THC to use for back spasms","slug":"what-is-the-best-cbd-oil-contain-with-thc-to-use-for-back-spasms","content":"","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8662-markdown","title":"What CBC or THC or blend will help mt gastrointestinal issues?","slug":"what-cbc-or-thc-or-blend-will-help-mt-gastrointestinal-issues","content":"\n_____________________\nI am not a doctor and this answer is based more on recent research and an article on Chrohn's and colitis - otherwise known as IBD. THC and CBD have both been show to be effective for some people in relieveing gastrointestinal distress. We have an endocannibinoid system throughout our body and the CB1 and CB2 receptors which connect with the plant's cannabinoids are throughout the instestinal area as well. \n\nIn this article, they point out \"Although the anti-inflammatory properties of medical cannabis hold true for all people, IBD patients have been shown to have more cannabinoid receptors in the tissue of the colon than people without IBD, which means that people affected by Crohn's Disease and Colitis are likely to respond to the anti-inflammatory properties of medical marijuana.\"\n\nI hope this helps. As always, medical marjuana is not a 'silver bullet' and having a healthy diet and lifestyle are important too.\n\n\npamelahadfield\n_____________________\nIf you are speaking about inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) such as Crohn's and Ulcerative Coltis, cannabis has been shown in some observational studies to be helpful. Patients have been using it for pain, nausea, to increase their appetite and for mood elevation. Studies that have been done seem to show a decrease in inflammation of the gastrointestinal track when using cannabis. Unfortunately, a speciic type or concentration of cannabis has generally not been listed in most of these studies. Since there has been shown a association of an increase of IBD with people who smoke cigaretts, I would stay aaway from smoking with cannabis as well and use tinctures or edibles instead. Here is a terrific review article on the subject : https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5193087/\n\nPerry Solomon, MD\n_____________________\nGastrointestinal issues run in my family. Nothing officially diagnosed but our cabinets are always filled with chinese herbs, ginger and imodium! I've since added cannabis to my own arsenal and I can say that I've seen a huge improvement in symptoms. I don't have a go to ratio or brand. I literally just use what I have on hand and it always helps.\n\nThis is what I reccommend based on my experiences--I am not a doctor! I suggest going for something with a body high, so perhaps an indica if you're at home and can unwind (I'd reccommend Granddaddy Purple). If you need something during the day and you have some experience with THC, I'd go for a tincture with a 1:1 CBD:THC ratio. The only way to know what works for you is to try something out. Start low and go slow, as they say. \n\nDanielle Lim ","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_8653-markdown","title":"Do you consider 250mg of THC in five days overmedicating if pain is chronic?","slug":"do-you-consider-250mg-of-thc-in-five-days-overmedicating-if-pain-is-chronic","content":"\n_____________________\nIf you are experiencing more pain, anxiety, hypertension and potential sleep disturbance problems, you likely are overmedicating or at least not using your medication to its greatest potential. Consider microdosing your concentrated THC during the day and adding a large dose (increase your dose of non-alcoholic tincture until you reach the effective dose) of CBD at night about 1-2 hours before bedtime to achieve deep restorative sleep so you can begin the path to wellness. This route I'm using your medication should take care of CB1 and CB2 receptors and you very likely will experience improved health within 1 to 2 months.\nYou must be certain to remove all inflammatory foods from your diet and you must also be certain that you are maintaining a vitamin D3 blood level above 55ng/ml for optimum health results.\nAlways remember your body likes to be healthy and well, you are being inflamed so please recognize and stop what is causing you to be inflamed.\n\ndrolson\n_____________________\nI am not a Doctor, but from my own personal experience, I'll say no. Cannabis has powerful anti-inflammatory, pain relieving properties that work well on musculoskeletal pain. It is best to get a topical that contains both THC and CBD as they both enhance each other’s effects.
