Against my better judgement, I tried to do this with my own vaporizer pen meant for e-cigarettes. The mixture ended up making me feel very sick. \n\nYou are looking to inhale the THC, not the other compounds in your tincture.\n\nryan\n_____________________\nIf you are looking to use a vaporizer, you will need to use it with a medium that is meant for vaporizing. If you just need to vape a specific type of medium for example dry herbs - you will need to make sure that the vaporizer you get is designed for dry herbs. Vaporizers can be medium specific, but you can also get 3 in 1 vaporizers or 'multi-purpose' vaporizers.\r\n\r\n\n\ncanada","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_10044-markdown","title":"How many hits do i need to take of my CBD vape pen before i feel anything?","slug":"how-many-hits-do-i-need-to-take-of-my-cbd-vape-pen-before-i-feel-anything","content":"\n_____________________\nYou may not feel any psychoactive effects from the CBD if there is no THC in the oil. You may need to take a cannabis holiday for 1 to 7 daysTo make sure your receptor sites are clean to except the cannabis. If you have added a new medication that actually maybe blocking your receptor sites. Have you tried an oral CBD spray? How much THC are you using? Did you change your THC intake level? I really want to not have to take opiates. Thank you! \n\"\n_____________________\nChronic pain is one of the most common reasons that people use cannabis. Most of the time a combination of CBD with THC has been found to be most effective. The entourage effect of both of the cannabinoids working together seems to give the best relief. The CBD alone may help with inflammation but adding some THC and slowly increasing the amount to get the desired pain relief would be the best way to go. There are different ratios of CBD:THC that are available either as a tincture or vape cartridge that can help with pain. Some are marketed and label specifically for chronic pain but you need start with a low amount and again, slowly increase since everyone reacts differently.\n\nPerry Solomon, MD\n_____________________\nHave you ever felt sick to your stomach after taking CBD oil? \n\n\n\namanda0115","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9907-markdown","title":"Any plans for new strain specific vape cartridges?","slug":"any-plans-for-new-strain-specific-vape-cartridges","content":"\"I love your candyland one!\"\n_____________________\nIt appears as though ABX will be holding their current line up for the time being. It's like my stomach swells up like a balloon and feels like it's gonna pop. I'm feeling the pressure in my chest now too. I usually use the vape pens, and I make my own cannabis infused coconut oil, that I use to make edibles. The swelling is less with those. When, or IF, I try to smoke any flowers, I don't do a lot.. but I wonder why I'm having this reaction to it. Anyone know what could be going on? \n\n\"\n_____________________\nIt sounds as if you are having some of the cannabis smoke entering your stomach, in essence \"swallowing\" the smoke. This may result is some burping as you release it. With the other methods you spoke of, the amount of smoke that enters your stomach may be less. Other then that I cannot think of a reason why that stomach bloating would occur.\n\nPerry Solomon, MD\n_____________________\nI have similar symptoms that you described and there are possibilities -- that do not include \"swallowing smoke\", especially since you said it also happens more mildly with edibles. Consider that it might be a mild form of Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome. Its seldom documented medically unless patients present at ER with non-stop vomiting that is oddly only relieved by hot showers. Like you, the only symptoms I have are extreme bloating. If I stop smoking, within about 24-48 hours the bloating subsides and I look and feel as though I lost 30 lbs.\n\nvch881\n_____________________\nI have the same issue as vch881. I have trouble with marijuana and I am trying to reduce consumption. When I smoke daily, I end up with a bloated feeling in my stomach a sort of swolen throat feeling. It is not painful but there is a constant feeling like there's something stuck in my throat and I need to swallow. I also feel the need to drink a lot of water when I am smoking marijuana so that contributed to the bloated stomach. If I stop consuming marijuana for a day or two it all subsides and my stomach and throat feel fine again. This is just a personal anecdote from my experience with marijuana over the years. \n\nRedwhite85","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9778-markdown","title":"Can you vape RSO (Rick Simpson Oil)?","slug":"can-you-vape-rso-rick-simpson-oil","content":"\n_____________________\nFrom personal experience, I have vaped RSO oil that I have made. It is important to know how it was produced and what solvent was used for extraction. We use 190 proof non-gmo ethanol...pure alcohol. There are some other people that use other toxic solvents like hexane, butane and many more. Personally I would not want those in my system, so make sure you know how and what was used for extraction. Secondly, because RSO oil is thick like molasses, many vape pens cannot handle the thick oil, so either find a vape pen that can OR thin down the RSO oil with some organic vegetable glycerin, which will make it easier to vape.\n\nPiantaTinta","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9702-markdown","title":"Are there any vaporizer cannibus that helps breathing with COPD?","slug":"are-there-any-vaporizer-cannibus-that-helps-breathing-with-copd","content":"\"Copd help\"\n_____________________\nA study titled \"Does smoking marijuana increase the risk of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease?\" and published in the Canadian Medical Association Journal,(read the abstract here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2665954/), concluded that marijuana smoking by itself probably does not lead to COPD. \n\nMore recently, a 2012 study published in The Journal of the American Medical Association found that people who suffered from asthma and smoked marijuana on a moderate basis actually increased their lung function, without suffering the lung damage associated with tobacco cigarettes (http://jamanetwork.com/journals/jama/fullarticle/1104848) \n\nCannabis is a powerful anti-inflammatory and one of the main ways it treats respiratory symptoms is by discouraging inflammation; thereby opening the passages of the respiratory system. This, in turn, decreases coughing and shortness of breath. Seek out flowers or oils that have been lab-tested by a reputable 3rd party lab for microbial/pesticide contaminants and residual solvents. You may also want to consider a vaporizer device that has adjustable heat controls which may provide a more comfortable vaping experience for you.\n\nashleigh","image":null}},{"node":{"id":"Question_9661-markdown","title":"Trident - Oil Honey Vape","slug":"trident-oil-honey-vape","content":"\"I live in OC, CA and I am unable to find the Honey Vape - strain \"Trident\" the oil preferred to the cartridge.
