Within your state the following conditions will allow you to obtain a legal recommendation:</p>\n<p>ALS\nCancer\nCrohn’s Disease\nGlaucoma\nHepatitis C\nHIV/AIDS\nMS (Multiple Sclerosis)\nParkinson’s Disease</p>\n<p>After getting your recommendation you will then need to register with the state which is an online process but requires proof of rec, ID photos and a PIN number.
