How does prop. 64 empower CA regulatory agencies to behave in the public interest, while EPA guidance is unavailable?\"</p>\n<hr>\n<p>In California, medical cannabis will be regulated under MMSRA, which will require pesticide testing of all cannabis sold in CA beginning in January, 2018.
