There is no cure; however, cannabis can help with controlling the perception of pain received by nerves.  For nighttime pain and sleep I would recommend a CBD:THC ratio of 1:1 that you can  find in tincture, vape, or spray forms.  In addition there are also high CBD creams that you can apply to the area that will work for around 6 hours.  However, the best option would be to use a tincture with a CBD:THC ratio of >20:1.
