I would start with a whole plant, full spectrum CBD rich tincture that also contains some THC. Maybe start with a 5:1 ratio of CBD:THC. Take about 10 milligrams and wait for 30 minutes. Take another 10 milligrams each 30 minutes as needed. For more immediate effects I would  inhale cannabis by vaping or smoking. Start with one small puff and wait for 15 minutes and then repeat as needed.
