Patients gain relief by inhaling cannabis, or using tinctures, edibles, or suppositories. I would start with a whole-plant, full-spectrum extract of cannabis with a 5:1 ratio of CBD:THC. (you can try any ratio, the more THC, the more psychoactive and pain relieving). Start with a small dose (up to 10 milligrams total cannabinoids) and wait for 30 minutes and then try a bit more.
