I also suffer from Type II Diabetes and High cholesterol, but doubt that any form of MM would treat those. \"</p>\n<hr>\n<p>Unfortunately in New York anxiety, panic attacks and tremors are not qualifying conditions for medical cannabis like they are in other states. However, you may qualify under chronic pain for your shoulder and back depending on the severity of the pain. The pain would have to lasted 3 months or more, or be expected to last 3 months or more.
