Please note that because cannabis is still federally illegal, clinical trials with cannabis, even for cancer, are still very infrequent. </p>\n<p>With that said, I have included a few links below to help you begin your search for clinical trials for cancer. Each link provides more information on how clinical trials work and what specific research the institutes would like to achieve. You can search for your trials by zip code or internationally, as well as an observer or participant.
