I have not had the opportunity to treat a patient with this disease, or notice its features in person. It sounds like rapidly progressive dementia along with hallucinations and poor executive functioning. I would try CBD rich cannabis, that also contains THC; inhaled as well as sublingual tincture. It seems that our brains' \"rust\" and we need to prevent oxidation. CBD and other cannabinoids play a roll in protecting our neurons.
