In other words, what may work for one person, may not work for another. I suffer from chronic pain in the form of migraines and have found that the dosist relief vape pen (1:2 cbd-to-thc ratio) works to a certain extent when I have an attack. Meanwhile, I'm experimenting with tinctures that have a 1:1, 3:1 and 18:1 ratio of cbd to thc -- the 1:1 tincture I take when I'm having an attack, while the 3:1 and 18:1 (high cbd) tinctures, I interchange and have started to take on a daily basis. In contrast, I know folks who've gone off opioid painkillers and are able to solely rely on high CBD vapes and tinctures to relieve their chronic pain.
