Clients are usually older so can be more sensitive to doses than younger people. In one very successful case topical application of a 10mg/ml cream was used. She has Down's Syndrome but she was a very sweet lady until onset of Alz which is quite common in this condition. Her sister last week told me that Teresa became so aggressive that the sister feared for her own life.
