Smoking is fine for pain that you want immediate relief, but the oil stays in your system longer. I have some members who are dealing with various cancers, and the ones taking tinctures/oils vs. smoking or vaping are getting much better results!</p>\n<p>PiantaTinta</p>\n<hr>\n<p>Your body can only absorb 6-7% of ingested medicine.
