Here’s how to make a cannabis-infused Mojito drink to spice up your Cinco de Mayo festivities.\n\n![Hello3-min (9).png](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Hello3_min_9_315813a9c7.png)\n\n### Cinco de Mayo Is for Everyone\nCinco de Mayo, also called 5 de Mayo, [commemorates a single battle](https://www.history.com/topics/holidays/cinco-de-mayo) between Mexico and the French Empire led by Napoleon III. In 1861, Mexico defaulted on loans held by Britain, Spain, and France. All three countries sent ships to Mexico to collect. Mexico settled with Britain and Spain, but France wanted more of a foothold on Mexican territory. \n\nOn May 5, 1862, French troops engaged a ragtag group of Mexican volunteers at Puebla – and lost.  Although France went on to win the war, Mexico remembers this battle as a victory for indigenous Mexican people against an empire-building European invader.  \n\nIt’s that spirit of Mexican pride and independence that makes Cinco de Mayo so widely celebrated today, even though few people remember the Battle of Puebla itself. In the US and other places, Cinco de Mayo has become a day for celebrating all things Mexican – and everyone can join in. It’s also a time for enjoying cannabis in all its many forms, including cool, cannabis-infused spirits for a warm May Day.  Although it isn’t strictly a Mexican drink, a classic mojito can fill the bill, especially if it contains an infusion of your favorite cannabis strain. \n\n![Hello1-min (12).png](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Hello1_min_12_51b064952f.png)\n\n### How to Make a Cannabis-Infused Mojito\nThe Mojito originated in Cuba, using ingredients such as sugar and rum that are native to the island. But it’s become popular worldwide for its easy blend of sweetness and spirits.  The standard Mojito recipe includes [just five ingredients](https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/147363/the-real-mojito/): rum, sugar, mint, lime juice, and club soda or other sparkling water. Although there are plenty of variations on the theme, all of them can benefit from a cannabis boost. Here are two ways to add your favorite kind of cannabis to a classic Cuban mojito.\n\n### What You’ll Need\n- 8-10 fresh mint leaves\n- 4-5 tsp lime juice\n- 1-2 tsp white granulated sugar (or brown sugar, if you prefer) or sugar syrup\n- 60ml white rum (not spiced rum)\n- Club soda or sparkling water to taste\n- Your favorite cannabis – about 1/8 oz ground flower or 1-2 drops of tincture\n\n![iStock-1161224925.jpg](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/i_Stock_1161224925_f9875fe4dd.jpg)\n\n### How to Create a Cannabis Infusion\nYou can add cannabis to your mojito either by infusing rum with your favorite strain or by adding [a few drops of cannabis tincture](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/how-to-make-a-marijuana-tincture) to the finished drink.  \n\nTo [make cannabis-infused rum](https://www.growbarato.net/blog/en/make-mojitos-cannabis/), you’ll need to prepare it ahead of time. Here’s how.\n- 1.) Grind your cannabis finely, then place it on a cookie sheet and bake it in the oven for about an hour at 250F to decarboxylate the cannabis and make its compounds bioavailable.  \n- 2.) Place the decarbed cannabis in a square of cheesecloth or clean pantyhose. Tie off the top, keeping a long string.\n- 3.) Put the cannabis bag into a bottle of white rum. . Let it sit in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.\n- 4.) When ready, simply pull out the cannabis bag. Your white rum is now infused with your favorite weed, and it’s ready to add to your mojito.\n\nTo infuse with a tincture, simply add a few drops to the finished mojito. Choose a  THC or [CBD-dominant](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/diy-recipe-high-cbd-cannabis-tincture) tincture, or mix them to suit your mood.\n\n![Hello2-min (13).png](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Hello2_min_13_04e693cc48.png)\n\n### Simple  Steps to Make Your Mojito\nWith your cannabis infusion at hand, follow these steps to create the mojito itself.\n\n- 1.) “Muddle” your mint. Use a dedicated muddler, a mortar, and pestle, or just a flat wooden spoon to mash the mint and release its flavor. \n- 2.) Put the crushed mint into a cocktail glass.\n- 3.) Add the sugar, lime juice, and rum\n- 4.) Add the cannabis tincture (if you’re not using infused rum)\n- 5.) Add club soda or sparkling water to suit your taste\n- 6.) Stir well and serve with ice cubes or mint garnish if you like.\n\n### Get a Medical Marijuana Card Online\nIt's easy to get your medical marijuana document with the online [Telehealth service HelloMD](https://hellomd.com/get-started). Using marijuana coconut oil is an effective means of making the most out of your weed extracts, often offering better results compared to alternative oil options such as cannabutter or olive oil. \n\nA primary reason why coconut oil is superior to other natural oil options is its [fatty acid/saturated fat](https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/food-features/coconut-oil/), which makes up around  90% of its total content, making it highly nutritious - and delicious!  Mixing cannabis with a high-fat substance like coconut oil maximizes the potency of your marijuana preparation and is an excellent alternative to [rolling a joint](https://hellomd.com/articles/how-to-roll-a-joint). Also, coconut oil is not derived from animal sources, making it suitable for most vegetarians and vegans. \n\n ![marijuana coconut oil](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Screen_Shot_2022_03_17_at_11_14_19_AM_21f8f6d6ab.png)\n\nWhen considering [marijuana strains](https://hellomd.com/articles/8-energizing-cannabis-strains-to-welcome-in-the-spring-season) select one with high concentrations of CBD, along with THC. This strategic combination can help you reduce the adverse effects of THC, such as anxiety or disorientation while optimizing the plethora of health benefits.\n\nYour weed-infused coconut oil is also multip purpose. In addition to cooking with your cannabis coconut oil, you can also use it as a [cannabis topical](https://hellomd.com/articles/cannabis-topicals-provide-relief-for-sore-muscles-and-pain) for localized pain or sore muscles. Some people also use cannabis-infused coconut oil as a [weed sex lube](https://hellomd.com/articles/how-to-make-weed-sex-lube)!\n\n\n#### Supplies for Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil\n\nPreparing homemade marijuana coconut oil is a simple four-step process with highly satisfying results. You’ll need these items for the transformational process:\n\n- Parchment paper\n- Baking sheet\n- Mesh strainer\n- Container \n- Oven\n- Saucepan or any similar heating device\n- 1 cup of coconut oil\n- 1 cup of ground cannabis powder\n\n### Steps on Making Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil\n\n![marijuana coconut oil](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Screen_Shot_2022_03_17_at_11_15_51_AM_60e06a9d50.png)\n\n- 1.) [Decarboxylate your cannabis](https://hellomd.com/articles/how-to-decarboxylate-cannabis). The decarboxylation process transforms the naturally occurring THCA within the plant into THC, the substance that provides the therapeutic high associated with cannabis products. You can achieve this by grinding your cannabis leaves and laying them atop the parchment paper on the baking sheet. Make sure to minimize moisture on the tray surface as it might dilute and reduce the quality of your product. Heat the preparation in the oven for 35–45 minutes at 245ºF.\n\n- 2.) Next, you should give the cannabis weed preparation an even consistency by using a marijuana grinder or breaking the weed with your hands. While breaking down the weed gives you a richer cannabis experience, avoid reducing it into a fine consistency as the product will pass straight through your mesh strainer. \n \n- 3.) Add the combination of coconut oil and decarbed cannabis into your saucepan (or any suitable heating device) and let the preparation heat slowly for approximately three hours while keeping temperatures between 160–200ºF.\n \n- 4.) Finally, carefully position a mesh strainer over the container and pour your heated mixture through it for storage and safekeeping. Also, let it flow naturally through the sieve rather than squeezing it through the mesh as it might result in extra chlorophyll that gives your preparation a raw, grassy texture.\n \n### Additional Tips for Making Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil\n\nWhile marijuana coconut oil typically has a shelf life of two months, you may prolong its freshness through refrigeration. Although we recommend a 1:1 ratio for coconut oil and decarbed cannabis preparations, you may tweak concentrations according to your preferred strength. \n\n### Get Your Medical Document & Purchase Medical Cannabis\n\nIt's easy to get your medical document with the online [Telehealth service HelloMD](https://www.hellomd.com/get-started/). Here are some simple ingredients and a step-by-step which yields approximately 5mg of THC per 1mL of oil.\n\n#### Ingredients:\n8oz fractionalized (liquid) natural oil\n¼ oz of your favorite flower (consider a euphoric, low-THC strain to get into and stay in the perfect mood)\n\n#### Supplies:\n- Two 4oz mason jars\n- Food scale\n- Grinder\n- Slow cooker\n- Unbleached cheesecloth\n- Larger funnel\n- Smaller funnel\n- Tincture bottle with a 1mL calibrated pipette.\n- Boiling water (enough to cover both mason jars in the slow cooker)\n\n#### Steps:\n- 1.) Grind up your weed using a grinder or even a food processor.\n- 2.) Activate [(decarboxylate)](https://hellomd.com/articles/how-to-decarboxylate-cannabis) your THC with this easy bake method: spread the ground weed evenly on a cookie sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 225-240 degrees Fahrenheit (110-120 Celsius) for one hour in the middle of the rack. Stir the herb after the first half-hour.\n- 3.) Once the cannabis is fully decarboxylated, divide the evening into each 4oz mason jar.\n- 4.) Add the oil to each mason jar over top of the ground flower in even proportions.\n- 5.) Close the jars — Be sure the mason jar's lid is as tight as possible.\n- 6.) Place the mason jars in the slow cooker and fill them with water so that the jars are fully submerged.\n- 7.) Set slow cooker to \"warm\" for four to five hours.\n- 8.) Every 60 minutes, using heavy oven mitts, pull out the jars and give them a good shake. Be sure not to burn yourself as the glass and metal will both be very hot!\n- 9.) After four to five hours, remove jars from the water and place them on a cloth until they are cool (do not place them on a cold/hard surface as this could cause the glass to crack.\n- 10.) Line the larger funnel with four layers of cheesecloth and place over a large glass measuring cup with a pour spout.\n- 11.) Slowly pour the cooled liquid through the cheesecloth. They come in many flavors and are often low-dose, making them perfect for anyone new to weed edibles. Read on to learn how to make your own cannabis gummies at home. \n \n### Benefits of Marijuana Edibles\n \nThere are so many cannabis products available now; why choose an edible? [Edibles provide strong, enduring relief](https://hellomd.com/articles/the-differences-between-edibles-and-flowers). The long-lasting effects of edibles can treat severe pain or put you to sleep for the whole night. When you eat marijuana, it takes about one to two hours to feel the effects, and then they can last for up to six or eight hours. \n\n![How to make a cannabis gummy](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Screen_Shot_2022_03_11_at_2_20_22_PM_9905911ce2.png)\n \nEdibles feel different from smoking because our body breaks down the THC differently. After ingesting cannabis, the [THC is converted to 11-hydroxy-THC](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3196989/). This creates [a more intense psychedelic and sedative effect](https://hellomd.com/articles/how-11-hydroxy-thc-makes-edibles-more-potent-than-smoking) than inhaling marijuana. This is also why it's essential to be careful when consuming cannabis edibles. Always wait a total of two hours to feel the effects before you increase your dose. It [may not be possible to overdose on marijuana](https://hellomd.com/articles/can-you-really-overdose-on-marijuana), but too many edibles could lead to anxiety, paranoia, and possibly panic attacks. Or you might fall asleep. \n \nThe way to prevent a negative edibles experience is to [start low and go slow](https://hellomd.com/articles/dosing-cannabis-edibles-safely). A **low dose is considered 2.5-5 mg of THC**. It's good to know that CBD will balance out the THC high and help calm anxious feelings. Gummies are a perfect option when it comes to marijuana edibles because they are small, portable, and easy to keep at a low dose. \n\n![How to make a cannabis gummy](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Screen_Shot_2022_03_11_at_2_24_01_PM_da71fda271.png)\n \n### How to Make Your Own Marijuana Gummies\n \nMaking your own edibles gives you control over the dosing, ingredients, and flavors for whatever you choose to make. Gummies are straightforward to make at home. This recipe can be made vegan or not vegan depending on the binding agent. You can make fun-shaped gummies using a mold tray, but an ice cube tray or lined sheet pan will also work. \n\n![DIY cannabis gummies](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Screen_Shot_2022_03_11_at_2_25_37_PM_847ad2ace2.png)\n \n#### Ingredients\n \n- 1 cup apple juice\n- 1 piece or a handful of fresh fruit\n- 3 tablespoons agar powder (can substitute with gelatin if not vegan)\n- 2 tablespoons honey or agave\n- Cannabis tincture; dosing information below\n- Granulated sugar (optional)\n \nYou can [make your own cannabis tincture](https://hellomd.com/articles/how-to-make-a-marijuana-tincture) or use a store-bought brand. Tinctures purchased at the dispensary will save you time and make your gummies easier to dose, especially if you want to make a CBD to THC ratio.\n \nDosing your edibles requires some light math. Multiply the total number of gummies in the batch by desired milligrams of THC and CBD per gummy to decide how many total milligrams of THC and CBD to add. (ex. 20 gummies x 3 mg THC per gummy = 60 mg THC total).\n \n#### Steps\n \n- 1.) Make a DIY tincture, or buy one with your preferred strength of THC and CBD\n- 2.) Blend and strain fresh fruits if using any\n- 3.) Whisk juice, fruit puree, sweetener, and agar powder together in a small saucepan over medium heat\n- 4.) Bring to a simmer for 3 minutes, constantly stirring to remove lumps\n- 5.) Remove mixture from heat to cool\n- 6.) Add cannabis tincture and stir thoroughly\n- 7.) Use a dropper to fill molds with equal amounts of liquid or pour into the sheet pan \n- 8.) Place in fridge for 1 hour\n- 9.) Once gummies are set, remove from molds, or cut into squares\n- 10.) (Optional) Toss in granulated sugar to coat\n \nNow your gummies are ready to enjoy and share. Store in an air-tight container for up to three weeks. Remember to clearly label that marijuana gummies are inside. \n \n### Get Your Medical Document & Purchase Medical Cannabis\n \nIt's easy to get your medical document with the online [Telehealth service HelloMD](https://hellomd.com/get-started). In addition, choosing an Indica strain, RSO is an excellent option for sleep-inducing effects meant for healing. RSO is often a black oil and has a tar-like consistency. Typically, the product comes in a syringe and is relatively easy to use. A cake recipe is full of great flavors and is a perfect way to balance any unpleasant weedy herbal notes.\n\nSo, if popping down to the store and buying some carrots sounds easy-peasy and you're in the mood for something tasty - make our carrot cake with homemade cream cheese frosting; it's a fun way to consume your marijuana and pass the time. Ready for some cake? Let's go!\n\n![Eat some marijuana-infused carrot cake](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Screen_Shot_2022_02_14_at_4_36_50_PM_98b24ceb18.png)\n\n\n### How to Make it\n\nYield: One cake will serve ten slices. This recipe used a dosage of 500 mg (Approximately 50 mg of THC per slice). Be sure to mix cake batter well!\n\n### Cake Ingredients:\n- 500 milligrams of Full-Spectrum RSO (about a ½ gram syringe of Rick Simpson Oil)\n- 1 cup chopped pecans\n- 1 ½ cups brown sugar\n- ½ cup white sugar\n- 1 cup vegetable oil\n- 4 large eggs\n- ¾ cup unsweetened applesauce\n- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract\n- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour\n- 2 teaspoons baking powder\n- 1 teaspoon baking soda\n- ½ teaspoon salt\n- 1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon\n- 1 teaspoon ginger\n- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg\n- ¼ teaspoon cloves\n- 2 cups grated carrots (about four large carrots)\n \n![Eat more carrots in our cannabis-infused carrot cake](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Screen_Shot_2022_02_14_at_4_38_06_PM_c7a2e2109d.png)\n\n### Cream Cheese Frosting:\n- 16 ounces full-fat block cream cheese, room temperature\n- ½ cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature\n- 4 cups confectioners sugar\n- 1 ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract\n- 1 cup chopped pecans\n- Pinch of salt, for taste\n\n### Infused-Cannabis Cake Prep:\n\n- Preheat oven to 300F. \n- Place chopped pecans on the baking sheet covered in parchment paper and bake for 6 minutes. \n- Remove from the oven. Let cool for at least 10 minutes.\n- Turn oven up to 350F. \n- Grease two 9-inch cake pans, line with parchment paper, and grease again. (The parchment paper helps the cakes release from the pans easily.)\n- Warm vegetable oil in a saucepan over low heat. Add RSO oil. Gently heat the infusion until it's warm enough to dissolve the RSO oil. Remove from heat.\n- Whisk granulated sugar, brown sugar, RSO-infused oil, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl until there are no sugar lumps.\n- Mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, ginger, nutmeg, salt, cloves, and cinnamon in another large bowl.\n- Slowly fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients using a wooden spoon or rubber spatula.\n- Fold the carrots and pecans into the mixture. \n- Pour the mixture evenly into the pans. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Test the center with a toothpick - make sure that the toothpick is clean and the cake is not gooey.\n- Let the cakes cool by placing them on a wire rack. The cakes need to be completely cool before frosting.\n\n### Frosting Prep:\n\n- Beat together butter and cream cheese using a mixer in a large bowl for about 2 minutes on medium-high speed until smooth.\n- Add the confectioner's sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla extract.\n- Start by beating the mixture on low for 20-30 seconds, then go to a higher speed and mix for 3 minutes until smooth.\n- Add more sugar if the frosting is running thin. You can add a small amount of milk if it is coming out too thick. Frosting should be soft but not runny.\n\n### Layer and Frost:\n\n- Using a large serrated knife, cut off the top of each cake to make a flat surface. Place one cake layer on a plate.\n- Cover with frosting.\n- Repeat for the second layer. Using the rest of the frosting, cover the top and sides of the cake. Be sure to smooth it out.\n- Add pecans on top and all over the sides.\n- Chill the cake in the fridge for at least 15 minutes before slicing and serving. This helps the cake hold together.\n\n\n### Get Your Medical Document & Purchase Medical Cannabis\n\nIt's easy to get your medical document with the online [Telehealth service HelloMD](https://hellomd.com/get-started). This is perhaps the most time-consuming part of making your marijuana chocolate chip cookies as it can take from two to 24 hours, depending on the method you choose. The good news is that once the cannabutter is made, there should be enough to then make multiple batches of these marijuana cookies or other cannabis-infused recipes.\n\n![Hello2-min (15).png](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Hello2_min_15_d3cf6011c9.png)\n\n### Getting Your Ingredients for Your Marijuana Chocolate Chip Cookies\n\nAfter you’ve prepared the cannabutter, it's time to get the other necessary ingredients together for your cannabis chocolate chip cookies. Overall, this is a relatively easy recipe that should produce about **30 cookies and take about 45 minutes in total**, including prep and baking time. \n\nHere are the ingredients necessary to make this marijuana cookies recipe:\n\n* 3/4 cup cannabutter\n* 2 large eggs\n* 1 cup packed dark brown sugar\n* 1/2 cup white sugar\n* 1 tbsp vanilla extract\n* 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour\n* 3/4 tsp baking soda\n* 1/2 teaspoon fine salt\n* 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet or dark chocolate chips\n* Optional: 1 cup walnuts, chopped, or 1/2 cup pretzels, crushed, for extra texture\n\n![Hello4-min (13).png](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Hello4_min_13_6d7d920124.png)\n\n### Making Your Marijuana Chocolate Chip Cookies\n\n1.  Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (turn on the convection setting if the oven has it).\n2.  Next, grease two cookie sheets with normal butter or line them with parchment paper. If you only have one baking sheet, let it cool down completely before using it for the second batch of cookies.\n3.  In a small saucepan, melt the cannabutter and then allow it to cool down slightly. Alternatively, place the butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in bursts of 30 seconds until it's completely melted.\n4.  Place the eggs, brown and white sugars, and vanilla in a large bowl. Add the melted butter and whisk until the contents are smooth.\n5.  Then, in a separate bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt. Once the dry ingredients are incorporated, slowly stir the dry ingredients in with the wet ingredients. Do not overmix.\n6.  Fold in the chocolate chips and the other optional ingredients, if using.\n7.  Scoop out about 1/4 cup of cookie dough for each cookie and drop it into the prepared pans. Ensure there are about 2–3 inches between each marijuana cookie.\n8.  Bake cookies for 12 to 16 minutes. Cookies baked for shorter periods of time will be chewier while cookies baked longer will be crunchier. Wait for the pan to cool for a few minutes before you transfer the marijuana cookies to a rack for cooling.\n9.  Store the marijuana chocolate chip cookies in a sealed container. They should last for about five days.\n\nUltimately, this cannabis cookie recipe is designed to give you the perfect marijuana chocolate chip cookie. While COVID-19 still casts a long shadow over most aspects of daily life, getting outside and spending time in nature remains one of the best ways to stay safe—and healthy. Whether you’re hiking, cycling, or just enjoying time in your favorite park, a cannabis-infused trail mix is a tasty bring-along treat. If working out is part of your routine, recent research shows that cannabis provides [a long list of benefits](https://lightshade.com/cannabis-secret-enhanced-athletic-performance-recovery/), including athletic recovery. \n### Cannabis: Your New Workout Partner?\n\nThe various compounds and terpenes in strains of the cannabis plant create numerous benefits for both the body and brain. Our bodies are home to a wide-ranging network of cell receptors called the endocannabinoid system, or ECS. The ECS responds to natural cannabinoids we internally produce and those found in cannabis, such as CBD (cannabidiol), and THC (delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol). The ECS is a relatively recent discovery, and researchers are still working to understand its many functions. But numerous studies have shown that the ECS plays a crucial role in regulating pain, moderating mood, boosting immune functioning, and much more. Because ECS receptors throughout the body respond to CBD, THC, and other cannabis compounds, consuming cannabis in its many forms can help to relieve pain, boost mood and reduce the symptoms of many health conditions. And for the same reasons, it can make workouts and other physical activities more productive and less painful.\n\nWhether you’re an elite athlete, a serious trainer, or simply someone who wants to stay fit, [research reveals](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6116792/) that cannabis, especially the non-psychoactive CBD, can offer multiple [benefits](https://onbetterliving.com/cbd-for-sports-recovery/) that include:\n\n- Relieving post-workout pain and soreness.  \n- Promoting relaxation and better sleep\n- Reducing inflammation and muscle spasms\n- Supporting cardiovascular health\n\nSome studies also suggest that CBD also has anti-catabolic properties, so that it can help to reduce the breakdown of muscle tissue and boost muscle mass.  The benefits of cannabis may come from smoking, vaping, and even topical applications in creams, tinctures, and lotions. But cannabis edibles combine the power of the plant with the nutritional benefits of foods—and cannabis-infused trail mix blends your favorite cannabis strains with protein, fiber, and healthy carbs in a quick and healthy snack for your next outdoor adventure.\n\n### Making a Cannabis Infused Trail Mix\n\nAlso known as gorp or scroggin, [trail mix](https://goop.com/recipes/goop-gorp/) is a handy, nutritious blend of nuts, seeds, dried fruits, and even a bit of chocolate. Some trail mix recipes require simply mixing all ingredients, while others involve baking them. In general, though, an essential trail mix blend should include:\n\n**Nuts**: peanuts, almonds, pistachios, cashews or a mix of any other nuts, roasted, salted or raw\n\n**Seeds**: sunflower, pumpkin or other seeds for fiber, minerals and vitamins\n\n**Dried fruits**: raisins, berries such as cranberries and blueberries, and other dried fruits such as apples or bananas\n\n**Spices to taste**: a sweet trail mix might include cinnamon or cardamom. For a spicier one, add pepper, chile powder or cumin.\n\nSome trail mix recipes also include some form of chocolate, such as chocolate, cacao nibs or powder, carob chips, or M&Ms. The recipe options are virtually endless, with variations including things like crunchy cereals or pretzel sticks. Trail mixes are customized to your taste. Combine them in the proportions you like best and the quantity you need, whether it’s a small bag for one or a large bowl for a group of friends.\n\n![Screen Shot 2021-03-30 at 1.16.47 PM.png](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/Screen_Shot_2021_03_30_at_1_16_47_PM_f95c5d44d5.png)\n\n\n### Adding Cannabis to Basic Trail Mix\n\nThe simplest way to make cannabis-infused trail mix is to include a cannabis edible in your ingredients list.  Cannabis chocolates or gummies make it easy to add various cannabis strains to any basic trail mix recipe.  Mix a few cannabis-infused chocolates with other sweets to get precisely the cannabis effects you want. For [baked recipes](https://theweedblog.com/cooking/marijuana-recipes/how-to-make-marijuana-trail-mix), spread trail mix ingredients on a cookie sheet and cover them with a light coating of cannabis-infused oil or butter before baking.\n\n### Our Favorite DIY Cannabis Trail Mix\n\nThis is as simple as can be. That incredible combination of stepping away for a moment to focus on something else (making tea), feeling the warmth of the cup relax the muscles in your hands, and watching the steam rise - your first sip goes a long way toward melting your worries away. It can reduce anxiety, boost cognitive abilities, and support healthy brain function, specifically memory.\n\nNot a fan of green tea? No worries. We could talk about it all day, but we’ll keep brief.  We know you’re here to learn to make DIY Cannabis Tea.  \n\nThe cannabis plant contains many naturally-occurring cannabinoids. Cannabidiol (CBD) is one of them. CBD isn’t known to cause intoxicating side effects--those come primarily from another cannabinoid: Tetrahydrocannabinol or (THC). CBD’s claim to fame is its ability to affect neurological receptors responsible for mood,  stress, and pain management. \n\n To add the benefits of CBD to your tea you have two choices: a CBD product from a dispensary or using a high CBD strain of flower. The market is full of pure CBD oils, tinctures, and disolvables that you can add to your favorite drinks, and they can be a fast, no-fuss way to add the benefits of CBD to your favorite beverages. \n\nWhile they are high in CBD, they may not be your most therapeutic option.  There is mounting evidence to show that CBD is [most therapeutic when THC is also present](https://bpspubs.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/pdf/10.1111/j.1476-5381.2011.01238.x) As usual, nature knows best. Using the plant in its natural form is likely the most therapeutic option.\n\n If you’re looking for the benefits of CBD but want to avoid THC’s psychoactive effects, you can brew your tea with a cannabis strain that’s higher in CBD and lower in THC. \n\nWe’ve got a few suggestions listed in the recipe itself, which is coming right up! \n\n### Ingredients for DIY Cannabis Tea With High CBD Strains \n4 cups of water\n1 tablespoon of unsalted butter or coconut oil. \n1/4 teaspoon loose leaf green tea \n1/4 teaspoon loose leaf [organic rose buds](https://www.etsy.com/listing/541490750/organic-dried-rose-damascena-buds-bulk?gpla=1&gao=1&&utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=shopping_us_e-home_and_living-food_and_drink-herbs_and_spices_and_seasonings-herbs_and_spices&utm_custom1=_k_Cj0KCQiA9P__BRC0ARIsAEZ6irhoSZvGFaPW1A8LxJ16djzNBbRNlXIJQwVztI7hjvAqBiRqRmJQsGQaAvDyEALw_wcB_k_&utm_content=go_1844702805_75381303731_346364747985_pla-306107311649_c__541490750_118285753&utm_custom2=1844702805&gclid=Cj0KCQiA9P__BRC0ARIsAEZ6irhoSZvGFaPW1A8LxJ16djzNBbRNlXIJQwVztI7hjvAqBiRqRmJQsGQaAvDyEALw_wcB)\n1 gram of dried cannabis bud , we've chosen [Charlotte’s Web](https://viva.hellomd.com/strains/charlotte's-web)\n\n### Equipment\nAn herb grinder or sharp knife\nA saucepan \nA spoon\nA strainer \nYour favorite mug \n\n### How To Make DIY Cannabis Tea With High CBD Strains\n\n### Step 1: Grind or Chop Cannabis \n\nIf you have an herb-grinder, grind the cannabis until it looks “chopped” not powdery.  If it is too fine, you’ll have a difficult time straining it from your tea. You can also use a sharp knife to chop your cannabis. If you like, you can remove seeds and stems but keep them around. You might like to add a stem or two later in the process.\n\nStep 2: Boil 4 Cups Of Water\nGet that saucepan out and boil some water.  We say boil, but there is a bit of debate in the tea community about boiling vs. heating water for tea. We’ll just [leave this link here](https://www.thespruceeats.com/how-to-brew-tea-water-temperatures-766316) and let you make this call for yourself. \n\nStep 3: Add Butter or Oil And Let It Melt Completely\nSounds funny, we know, but this recipe needs a little fat or oil. That’s because cannabinoids like CBD and TCH need to bind to fat in order to be available to your body.  Without the fat, they’d pass right through. So if you want those therapeutic benefits, add that fat! \n\nWhile it’s melting you can read this little article about [why you need to eat fat with your cannabis](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/why-you-need-to-eat-fat-with-your-cannabis). \n\n### Step 4: Add Cannabis And Tea Bag or Loose Leaf Tea To Your Boiling Water\nJust pop them in the saucepan with the water.  That’s all there is to it!\n\n### Step 5: Allow To Boil For 7-10 Minutes\nStir your tea frequently.  It’s soothing, meditative and helps the ingredients infuse the water, rather than sticking to the sides of your pot.\n\nTip: If you want to increase potency by adding cannabis shake, stems or flowers this is a great time to do it.  Never heard of shake? Give this a read: [what’s cannabis shake and is it as potent as bud.](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/whats-cannabis-shake-and-is-it-as-potent-as-bud-is)  \n\n### Step 6: Allow Tea To Steep For 10 Minutes.\nTurn the heat down (or off completely) and let your mixture mingle. It can be tempting to skip (or skimp) on this step but try to be patient. To get the most benefits from your tea, you’ll need to treat it like the herbal infusion it is and let it steep.\n\nWhile it’s steeping, you can [read more about herbal infusions](https://www.thespruceeats.com/how-to-make-an-herbal-infusion-1762142#:~:text=To%20make%20a%20decoction%2C%20combine,liquid%20into%20the%20storage%20jar)  It’ll make those ten minutes pass faster.\n\n### Step 7: Remove Your Pan From The Heat. \nWe’re about to handle it and that burner will just get in the way.\n\n### Step 8: Scoop The Tea Bag Out With Your Spoon.\nUnless you used loose leaf tea. Then move on to Step 9. \n\n### Step 9: Pour Tea Through A Strainer Lined With Cheesecloth And Into Your Cup\nThis will remove all plant matter, both cannabis and tea leaves, from your drink.  If you’re not telling fortunes, you don’t need them in your cup! \n\nIf you have a small strainer, like the kind used for [pourover coffee](https://www.seriouseats.com/2014/06/make-better-pourover-coffee-how-pourover-works-temperature-timing.html) you can place your mug under the strainer and pour. If you’re using a larger strainer you might want to opt for a teapot or bowl and then transfer the tea to your mug.\n\n### Enjoy Your DIY Cannabis Tea!\nWell done! You deserve a cup! Curl up on your couch, wrap your hands around that warm cup and sip away knowing that you’ve done two great things to lower your stress level.  You’ve explored [how a daily tea ritual at home can reduce stress and elevate your mood](https://medium.com/@estero/how-a-daily-tea-ritual-at-home-can-reduce-stress-and-elevate-your-mood-79fdef0f9019) and you have treated your body to the wide range of benefits it can gain from Cannabis and CBD. \n\n### A Bit About What To Expect After Drinking Your Tea\nIf you’re used to fast-acting edibles or tinctures this may be a gentler experience. You will feel the effects, but not as instantly. Our advice: start with one cup and give yourself a nice long wait before evaluating your response or going back for another dose. If you’d like to read up on  eating cannabis before you try.\n\n### If you enjoyed this cannabis tea recipe and would like to read another. \n\n[Check out DIY Recipe: Full-Spectrum Tea Made With Cannabis Rosin.](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/diy-recipe-full-spectrum-tea-made-with-cannabis-rosin) It’s a different approach with different benefits and is definitely worth a read.\n \n","image":{"childImageSharp":{"fluid":{"base64":"data:image/png;base64,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","aspectRatio":1.5037593984962405,"src":"/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/ee604/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.png","srcSet":"/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/69585/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.png 200w,\n/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/497c6/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.png 400w,\n/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/ee604/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.png 800w,\n/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/f3583/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.png 1200w","srcWebp":"/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/58556/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.webp","srcSetWebp":"/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/61e93/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.webp 200w,\n/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/1f5c5/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.webp 400w,\n/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/58556/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.webp 800w,\n/static/88979baed1fd189687329425f286383a/99238/240aa67c4ff866d456d84ea5ab4027df.webp 1200w","sizes":"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px"}}}}},{"node":{"id":"Article_3169-markdown","title":"DIY Recipe:  Immune-Boosting Sweet & Spicy Pineapple Wellness Shots","slug":"diy-recipe-immune-boosting-sweet-and-spicy-pineapple-wellness-shots","content":"The winter season brings the holidays and festive fun, but along with that, it's the season for colds and flu. And this year, we have COVID-19 added into the mix.\n\nAs we move into colder, darker days, staying healthy is a must. The good news: you can give your immune system an extra advantage with today's hottest health trend: [wellness shots](https://lcrhealth.com/wellness-shots-juice/). Sipping these tiny, tasty \"shots\" of nutrient-rich juices, spices, and herbs will give you immune-boosting vitamins and herbs. Added to your daily wellness routine, it's a powerhouse immunity boost.\n\nCommercially prepared wellness shots can cost more than $4 (and we've seen them cost as much as $8) for a two-ounce bottle. But you can make a big batch of your favorite wellness shots at home for a fraction of that price using healthy, natural ingredients that you may already have in your kitchen. \n\nWhat's more, you can power up your wellness shots with immune-boosting additives like high-quality CBD. Below is a guide to making your CBD-infused wellness shots by mixing and matching popular ingredients from your supermarket or natural food store.\n\n### What's a Wellness Shot?\n\nWellness shots are taking the health and fitness world by storm. They're very small, highly concentrated concoctions made from an array of nutrient-rich ingredients, and they're [widely praised by fitness and wellness advocates](https://minimalistbaker.com/lemon-ginger-turmeric-wellness-shots/) for their ability to deliver a potent brew of vital vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, without racking up a lot of extra calories.\n\nThe current wellness shot craze builds on the popularity of an old wellness staple, nutrient \"shots\" made from wheatgrass, and a few other ingredients added for taste. Now, though, wellness shots come in all kinds of flavors and nutrient combinations, although most of them are built around a core set of ingredients that includes apple cider vinegar, turmeric, and pepper.  \n\nWellness shots sound healthy, [but are they](https://wexnermedical.osu.edu/blog/are-wellness-shots-effective#:~:text=Wellness%20shots%20are%20typically%20small,cider%20vinegar%2C%20turmeric%20and%20ginger.&text=Ginger%20can%20help%20reduce%20nausea%20and%20bloating%20of%20the%20stomach.)?  Some nutrition experts say that wellness shots are too small to make a considerable contribution to your overall daily nutrient intake, but they can pack a more powerful nutritional punch, more than an equivalent glass of fortified juice. \n\nA wellness shot can have significantly fewer calories than that glass of juice, too, but these little drinks aren't calorie free – and depending on ingredients, some two-ounce wellness shots can contain over one hundred calories a 2 ounce serving!\n\nOther wellness experts point out that an extra boost of vitamins and minerals is never a bad idea, especially during times of stress. Wellness shots aren't a substitute for a healthy diet that's rich in fruits, vegetables, and healthy oils, but they are usually made with these and other ingredients that have documented health properties, so they can add nutrients that you might otherwise be missing.  \n\n### How to Build Your Best Wellness Shot\n\nTo make your own wellness shots, you'll need a few basics and a willingness to try different combinations of fruits, veggies, and spices.  \n\nWe think a juicer works best to blend your ingredients because it immediately produces a pulp-free drink, but you can also use a blender and strain the resulting mixture to eliminate pulp and other materials. Other useful tools include a grater and pepper grinder.\n\n### Start With the Essentials\n\nWellness shots can taste sweet, spicy, or tart – or any combination of these. But just about all of them [are built around three nutrient-rich, natural ingredients](https://greatist.com/eat/recipe/diy-wellness-shots):\n\n### 1. Apple Cider Vinegar\n\nApple cider vinegar, or ACV, has been a home remedy staple for years, and now it's one of the stars of the modern wellness movement.  ACV is made from fermented apples that have been further treated with friendly bacteria to create acetic acid, the ingredient that seems to be responsible for its [health benefits](https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/6-proven-health-benefits-of-apple-cider-vinegar).  \n\nACV contains potassium and some amino acids and antioxidants, and research suggests it can help balance blood sugar levels and lower cholesterol. ACV may also help the skin by destroying surface bacteria and balancing skin pH.\n\n### 2. Turmeric\n\n![1.png](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/1_2ea3c2f52b.png)\n\nTurmeric, especially its main active ingredient curcumin, has plenty of [documented health benefits](https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/top-10-evidence-based-health-benefits-of-turmeric). This golden spice is a natural anti-inflammatory that can be as effective as some prescription medications, and it can boost the activity of natural antioxidants.\n\nAlong with those benefits, turmeric can boost heart health and elevate levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, or BDNF, a chemical that supports memory and cognition. That's why some research suggests turmeric can help delay or reverse dementia and other kinds of memory loss.  Turmeric may also play a key role in preventing or slowing the development of certain cancers.  \n\nTurmeric is a potent natural healer on its own, but black pepper can boost curcumin absorption by 2000 percent!\n\n### 3. Black or Cayenne Pepper\n\nPepper has been called the king of spices, and with good reason. Ordinary black pepper has a [long list of health benefits](https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/black-pepper-benefits). \n\nIt's rich in piperine, a potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory compound that appears to improve brain function, help balance blood sugar, support digestive health, and even fight cancer.  Piperine is the ingredient that boosts the body's absorption of curcumin.\n\nCayenne pepper is another pepper variety with [plenty of health benefits](https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/8-benefits-of-cayenne-pepper). It's rich in capsaicin, a compound that boosts metabolism, improves digestive health, and may even lower the risk of some cancers. Capsaicin is also a powerful pain reliever often found in topical ointments and balms for sore muscles and joints.\n\n### Add Fresh Vegetables or Fruits\n\nTo build your wellness shot, start with fresh fruits or vegetables – or a combination of these – to suit your taste.  Create a tangy, citrusy shot with Vitamin C-rich lemons or oranges, or blend with cranberries, blueberries, or other vitamin-rich fruits. Adding fruits will deliver a huge shot of immune-boosting terpenes, like the essential oil limonene, from lemons.\n\nBlend pineapples or apples with turmeric or apple cider vinegar, or combine antioxidant-rich spinach or celery with lemon and green apples for a green shot base.  Try sweeter veggies like beets and carrots for plenty of Vitamin C and A. \n\n### Experiment With Herbs and Spices\n\nBoost the health benefits of your homemade wellness shots with a variety of immune-boosting herbs and spices that can blend well with fruits, veggies, and the Big Three of ACV, turmeric and pepper. Grate fresh ginger into your wellness blend for digestive health and cold relief, or add immune-boosting cinnamon to a sweeter shot. \n\nAdd a little honey or maple syrup to taste if you like, but avoid artificial sweeteners and plain sugar.\n\n### Consider Adding CBD\n\nCBD, or cannabidiol, can [add an extra boost](https://emilykylenutrition.com/ginger-turmeric-shots-infused-with-cbd/)\nto the benefits of your DIY wellness shots.  This compound, which is derived from hemp or marijuana, works with the body's natural system of cannabinoid receptors to balance the body's many subsystems, [support the immune system](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/supporting-the-immune-system-during-cold-and-flu-season-with-plant-based-supplements) and regulate mood.\n\n[![2.png](https://hellomd-cms.s3.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/2_bd57cde0ab.png)](https://www.curednutrition.com/)\n\nAdd a few drops of high-quality CBD oil or a balanced ratio of THC to CBD from a tincture. Add this to any wellness shot recipe to [support your immune system](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/can-cannabis-fight-superbugs-and-keep-you-healthy), relieve anxiety, and promote overall wellness. If you choose to add a tincture with THC, mind your dosage!\n\nIndividual responses to CBD and THC can vary, so start small and gradually increase the amount you add until you reach the desired effects.  Look for pure tinctures and concentrates without added ingredients from quality retailers and brands.\n\n### Our Signature\n\n\nThis DIY recipe will make 4 shots. For the holidays, I'm making this wellness shot and leaving it on several neighbor's doorsteps in a cute mason jar with a holiday note.\n\n### Ingredients\n\n- 1/2 a ripe pineapple\n- 2 small lemons\n- 1/4 cup chopped, peeled fresh tumeric (much tastier than the ground spice!)\n- 1/4 cup chopped fresh ginger\n- a pinch of cayenne (or to your taste)\n- 2 full droppers of CBD tincture\n- 4 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar (I like the [Bragg](https://www.amazon.com/Bragg-Organic-Apple-Cider-Vinegar/dp/B001I7MVG0) brand)\n- 5 tablespoons of raw, local, organic honey\n\nBlend or juice all ingredients together. Strain out pulp and other solids.  Most wellness shot recipes don't require added liquids, but you may want to add some sparkling water if the result is too concentrated or filtered water.\n \nRefrigerate the mixture in a sealed container, or decant it into smaller shot-size bottles for a consistent serving size.\n\nIt's always best to eat your veggies and take your vitamins. But as we move into the winter season, a zesty, spicy wellness shot can kick-start your day – and give your immune system that extra boost for the holidays and beyond.\n","image":{"childImageSharp":{"fluid":{"base64":"data:image/png;base64,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","aspectRatio":1.4705882352941178,"src":"/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/ee604/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.png","srcSet":"/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/69585/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.png 200w,\n/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/497c6/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.png 400w,\n/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/ee604/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.png 800w,\n/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/95330/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.png 1063w","srcWebp":"/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/58556/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.webp","srcSetWebp":"/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/61e93/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.webp 200w,\n/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/1f5c5/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.webp 400w,\n/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/58556/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.webp 800w,\n/static/af3e73f1de203d1780c7b2b65bed6989/7baf6/5f623df050c3418d0ea276d9010859c3.webp 1063w","sizes":"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px"}}}}},{"node":{"id":"Article_3121-markdown","title":"DIY Recipe: Gluten-Free Low-Sugar Chocolate Chip Marijuana Cookies","slug":"diy-recipe-gluten-free-low-sugar-chocolate-chip-marijuana-cookies","content":"At this point, we’re all aware of the dreaded COVID-15. That’s code for the fifteen pounds since we’ve put on since shelter-in-place. Between freshly baked loaves of bread we've all seen on Facebook, to the gourmet meals being made at home, it was bound to happen.\n\n### Stress Leads to Comfort Eating\n\nIt turns out, that during times of stress we crave comfort foods, according to [UTPhysician Monique Dorsey]( https://www.utphysicians.com/comfort-food-and-covid-19/#:~:text=Comfort%20foods%20are%20typically%20high,in%20how%20humans%20feel%20pleasure.), a registered dietician. She says, “In an attempt to maintain its balance, the body may react by producing a physiological response, such as irregular eating behavior, including increasing caloric intake.”\n\nBy definition, comfort foods provide psychological comfort, and there's no better example than the all-American chocolate chip cookie. For most people, comfort foods, are more often sweet, rather than savory or salty. For this sweet-tooth recipe, we decided to take one of our most popular HelloMD DIY recipes, [the chocolate chip cannabis-infused cookie](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/marijuana-chocolate-chip-cookies-recipe), and make it a lot healthier.\n\n### A Healthier Chocolate Chip Cookie Alternative\n\nThese cookies are pure sweetness—without all the sugar. We swapped out the usual brown and white refined sugars in favor of Swerve, a zero-calorie substitute. Swerve is made from erythritol and oligosaccharides, so it doesn’t have an artificial taste. And it measures, browns, and carmelizes just like refined white sugar. \n\nWe also used Endangered Species Bold + Silky Dark Chocolate with 72% cocoa to lower the sugar content. You can go even lower with darker chocolate or sugar-free chocolate chips. \n\nAdd antioxidant, nutrient-rich hazelnuts and oats, and you have the perfect cookie for health-nuts and sweet-tooths alike.\n\n### Before You Pull Out Your Cookie Ingredients, Make Cannabutter\n\nThe best way to make baked goods with marijuana is by infusing it in butter. We have two methods for doing this in our simple [DIY recipe](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/diy-recipe-cannabutter-or-cannabis-butter) along with tips for making cannabutter like a pro.\n\n### Gather Up Your Healthy Ingredients\n\n- 1 large egg\n- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract\n- 1/2 cup cannabutter [see the HelloMD recipe](https://www.hellomd.com/articles/diy-recipe-cannabutter-or-cannabis-butter)\n- 1/4 cup almond flour\n- 1/2 teaspoon fine-grain sea salt\n- 1/3 cup Swerve sweetener or coconut sugar \n- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda\n- 1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts\n- 1/2 cup rolled oats\n- 1/2 bar (1.5 oz.) dark chocolate bar of your choice, chopped\n\n### Put On Your Baker’s Hat\n\n1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. \n\n2. In a large bowl or stand-mixer bowl, beat together the egg, vanilla and cannabutter until well blended. Mix in the almond flour, salt, Swerve sweetener and baking soda until smooth. Experiencing chronic stress puts your body under unnecessary pressure, like being continuously under attack. Red alert: that's not good news for your health and wellbeing. In this all-natural DIY smoothie we combine ingredients, such as CBD and blueberries, which will help combat stress and leave a sweet taste in your mouth!\n\n### Fight or Flight \n\nYour body is purpose-built to react to threatening situations. For instance, a fast Mac truck comes toward you while walking in a crosswalk; your body will activate your adrenal glands. In turn, the [adrenal gland releases a surge of hormones](https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/stress-management/in-depth/stress/art-20046037), including adrenaline and cortisol. Adrenaline will raise your heart rate and blood pressure while cortisol will lower nonessential thinking - so you're able to get out the situation fast. \n\nOur flight or flight is the ultimate stress-response system. But if we activate it too frequently, it stays in \"on\" mode more or less permanently. Chronic stress will overexpose your body to stress hormones and make you more likely to experience anxiety, depression, and decreased immunity.\n\n### Managing Your Stress\n\nEliminating stress is not always possible, but learning how to manage your stress may positively impact your life and overall health. Understanding what events stress you and how you react are the first steps to improvement. Taking care of yourself and [developing stress management strategies](https://www.webmd.com/balance/stress-management/stress-management) are also critical. Two well-known strategies for fighting stress are to exercise regularly and eating healthy, well-balanced meals.\n\nBelow is our recipe for a stress-busting hemp CBD-infused green smoothie. Not only is it delicious, but it's also a nutrient-dense and healthy meal replacement. Ingredients include antioxidant-rich superfoods chock full of vitamins, minerals, fiber, and the superhero of anxiety relief: CBD.\n\nHere are more details on each ingredient and why they are powerful stress reducers:\n\n### Hemp-Derived CBD\n\nHemp-derived CBD is the one-two stress management punch in our healthy smoothie. CBD is known to address a host of common conditions such as: \n\n- Anxiety\n- Stress\n- Depression\n- Insomnia\n- Pain\n- Inflammation\n- Excema & skin issues\n\n### Cashews\n\nCashews are delicious on their own, but in a smoothie, they add creamy goodness. Packed with iron, B6, and magnesium, a handful of cashews a day boost our mood and quell anxiety. Cashews are also a fantastic source of the amino acid tryptophan. This wonder amino helps with our serotonin's uptake, which helps us to feel our best selves. It also happens to be a precursor to the hormone itself. \n\n### Avocado\n\nB vitamins help our bodies beat back nervous energy and even promote healthier brain cells. B vitamins are known to relieve stress, and avocados are full of them. Avocado is also full of healthy monounsaturated fat and potassium, and in a smoothie, an avocado is an excellent replacement for animal-based milk.  \n\n### Super Greens\n\nSpinach and kale are both rich in magnesium; which is vital for proper growth and maintenance of bones. But magnesium also allows our systems to function properly. [Psychology Today](https://www.psychologytoday.com/us/blog/evolutionary-psychiatry/201801/magnesium-depression) says that magnesium is one of the most essential minerals for the body to function properly.\n\n### Blueberries\n\nBerries, in general, are great stress-busters, but blueberries in particular, hold the most antioxidants. Antioxidants are known to memory, sharpen cognition as well as to lower blood pressure. High in vitamin C, blueberries combat stress and lower cortisol levels.\n\n### Pineapple\n\nWith higher levels of Vitamin C, pineapple is another good addition to your smoothie. Other fruits such as kiwi, cantaloupe, or papaya are suitable substitutes for pineapple. They are all packed with immune-boosting properties and will also help to lower cortisol levels. We love pineapple because of the taste, and when mixed with spinach, your smoothie will become a vibrant green hue!\n\n### Lion's Mane Powder\n\nLion's mane mushrooms have been linked to new [growth of brain cells: hericenones and erinacines.](https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/lions-mane-mushroom#TOC_TITLE_HDR_2) Studies have found that lion's mane is also a potent anti-inflammatory. In addition, researchers believe it to reduce anxiety and depression by improved functioning of the hippocampus.\n\n### Maca Powder\n\n[A recent study](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18784609) indicated that maca root might reduce anxiety and stress while at the same time increasing libido. People claim that maca also decreases the instances of erectile dysfunction when taken regularly and flavonoids may be why. [A 2015 study](https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/24931003) also found that maca could reduce symptoms of depression in postmenopausal women.\n\n### Ingredients for Hemp CBD-Infused Green Smoothie\n\n- 1 full dropper of hemp-derived CBD\n\n- 1 handful of unsalted cashews\n\n- 1/2 an avocado\n\n- 1 handful of spinach or kale\n\n- 1 handful of blueberries\n\n- 2 large spears of pineapple\n\n- 1/2 tsp of Lion's Mane powder\n\n- 1/2 tsp Maca root powder\n\n- 1 small container of coconut vanilla yogurt\n\n- 1 handful of ice\n\n### How to Make It\n\nThis is pretty simple. Put all the ingredients in your blender or Nutri Bullet and mix it! If it is too thick, add a little water and mix again. Enjoy!\n\n","image":{"childImageSharp":{"fluid":{"base64":"data:image/png;base64,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","aspectRatio":1.5037593984962405,"src":"/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/ee604/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.png","srcSet":"/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/69585/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.png 200w,\n/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/497c6/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.png 400w,\n/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/ee604/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.png 800w,\n/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/f3583/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.png 1200w","srcWebp":"/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/58556/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.webp","srcSetWebp":"/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/61e93/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.webp 200w,\n/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/1f5c5/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.webp 400w,\n/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/58556/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.webp 800w,\n/static/26ad1eb8dac6e908e7a02e5851777f11/99238/21e5ccaa250d3fe13315450b8780a7b7.webp 1200w","sizes":"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px"}}}}},{"node":{"id":"Article_3099-markdown","title":"DIY Recipe: Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter Frosting","slug":"diy-recipe-cannabis-infused-peanut-butter-frosting","content":"Peanut butter frosting sounds like a decadent concoction that you shouldn’t eat very often. But this recipe actually has some healthy ingredients, like natural sweeteners (honey or maple syrup, depending on what you choose) and the peanut butter, which is loaded with healthy fats and protein. \n\nI’ve researched a number of ways to make cannabis-infused peanut butter. Honestly, it’s not a perfect fit because there’s no actual butter in peanut butter and there’s natural oil already in the nuts.\n\nFOLLOW US ON [FACEBOOK](https://www.facebook.com/pg/hellomdcompany/posts/) & [INSTAGRAM](https://www.instagram.com/hellomd_us/?utm_medium=copy_link/)\n\nThe best way to infuse marijuana into peanut butter is to make cannabis-infused coconut oil first. Then, you have your infused base that can mix really well with your peanut butter—store bought or homemade. \n\n\nRead your labels carefully if you’re buying peanut butter (or any other kind of nut butter if you’re allergic to peanuts) from the supermarket as some can be loaded with sugar and extra ingredients you may not want to consume. \n\nChoose the right kind of peanut butter and you’ll get tons of healthful ingredients, like:\n\n* Potassium\n* Fiber\n* Magnesium\n* Protein\n\nAnd coconut oil is a favorite ingredient of health-conscious folks because it may:\n\n* Help with weight loss\n* Aid in controlling blood sugar\n* Keep hearts healthy\n\nPlus, the fats in the peanut butter and coconut oil are important for the cannabis, too. Cannabinoids are lipophilic, meaning they have an affinity for fats. So, your body needs fat to absorb the healing cannabinoids in marijuana edibles. For that reason, none of your cannabis-infused foods should be fat free. \n\nI think this cannabis-infused peanut butter frosting is ideal for a number of dishes. It’s versatile and you can use it: \n\n* On muffins\n* As the filling for macaroons\n* Mixed into your morning oatmeal\n* Spread on toast or graham crackers\n\n### Choose Your Method for Infusing Peanut Butter With Marijuana\n\nNow you have two choices when it comes to making the peanut butter: the easy way and the hard way.\n\n#### The Easy Way to Make Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter\n\nAll you have to do is stir your cannabis coconut oil into a jar of store-bought peanut butter:\n\n1. Take a jar of your favorite peanut butter and your cannabis-infused coconut oil \n2. Measure your oil, you want one dose per approximately 2 tbsp of peanut butter.\n3. Stir a lot\n\nYou now have cannabis-infused peanut butter. It will be a bit more oily than usual, but good peanut butter is a little oily and needs to be stirred when bought anyway. \n\nRemember to stir again if the oil settles, or risk some very strong and some not very strong areas of your edible. If the peanut butter is too oily for you then you can consider making stronger (more concentrated) coconut oil so you need to add less of it to the peanut butter.\n\n#### The Hard Way to Make Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter\n\nFor this method, you make your own peanut butter and add in the infused coconut oil as you make it.\n\n* 15 oz roasted peanuts (you can do this yourself if you wish or buy roasted peanuts)\n* 1 tsp salt\n* 1 1/2 tsp honey\n* 12 doses of cannabis-infused coconut oil (yields approx. 1 1/2 cups or 24 tbsp; 2 tbsp makes up one dose)\n\nUse your own judgement for this, how much peanut butter do you want to be in a dose? If you like thick peanut butter on your toast, for example, maybe lower the oil. Or do you like a thin spread? Simply add more oil. It depends what you want to use your cannabis-infused peanut butter for, but this is a good, rough rule. \n\nRemember everyone is different when it comes to marijuana edibles. Listen to what your body says, and above all don’t forget: You can always add more, but you can’t add less.\n\n1.\tPut the peanuts, salt and honey into a food processor. \n2.\tBlitz it for one minute.\n3.\tScrape down the sides.\n4.\tProcess again for 1–2 minutes. During the second blitzing, add the oil slowly and continue until smooth.\n\n### The Inspiration Behind This Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter Frosting\n\nI’m a huge fan of Stella Parks or [Bravetart](https://www.seriouseats.com/bravetart) as she’s also known. I was inspired by her peanut butter frosting recipe when whipping up my cannabis-infused version. If you like this one, she also has a [wonderful desserts cookbook, also called Bravetart](https://www.amazon.com/BraveTart-American-Desserts-Stella-Parks/dp/0393239861), which you should check out.\n\n### Ingredients for Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter Frosting\n\n* 4 oz butter* \n* 4 1/2 oz peanut butter* \n* 1 oz honey (maple syrup also works, or even molasses)\n* 1/2 tsp kosher salt\n* 1 tsp vanilla extract\n* 6 oz powdered sugar\n\n\n*You can either sub out part of the butter for cannabutter or some of the peanut butter for your infused version—or you can use a little bit of both. The possibilities are endless and it’s up to you, just remember to keep track of how much of the infused ingredients you use so you can more accurately dose your edibles.  \n\n### How to Make Cannabis-Infused Peanut Butter Frosting\n\n1.\tCombine everything _except_ the sugar in the bowl of a stand mixer. \n2.\tUsing the paddle attachment, mix on medium for 3 minutes. \n3.\tReduce speed to mix and add the powdered sugar slowly, a little bit at a time. \n4.\tOnce everything is in the bowl, go back to medium speed for about another 3–4 minutes until the frosting is creamy and light. Stop and scrap the sides of the bowl as needed to ensure everything is mixed thoroughly. \n\nWhichever way you choose, remember edibles have a lag time before you feel the effects, so start low and go slow. Wait at least an hour before deciding if you want to eat more. \n\nPhoto credit: Little_Desire/Shutterstock.com\n\n\n","image":{"childImageSharp":{"fluid":{"base64":"data:image/jpeg;base64,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","aspectRatio":1.3888888888888888,"src":"/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/14b42/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.jpg","srcSet":"/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/f836f/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.jpg 200w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/2244e/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.jpg 400w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/14b42/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.jpg 800w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/47498/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.jpg 1200w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/0e329/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.jpg 1600w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/ff9df/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.jpg 1779w","srcWebp":"/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/58556/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.webp","srcSetWebp":"/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/61e93/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.webp 200w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/1f5c5/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.webp 400w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/58556/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.webp 800w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/99238/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.webp 1200w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/7c22d/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.webp 1600w,\n/static/db73cc441715ef1d23b9cdef1cb7bf29/69605/cea0373db8bb836a1a626385c0bd123b.webp 1779w","sizes":"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px"}}}}}]}},"pageContext":{"limit":12,"skip":0,"numPages":10,"currentPage":1,"id":5676,"name":"Recipes & Diy","slug":"recipes-and-diy","country":"US"}},"staticQueryHashes":["3949754563","4179947113","4202924991"]}
