Can I use a California dispensary with my medical marijuana card from a different state?

To enter a CA dispensary you do need a recommendation from a CA doctor. I do not believe you will be allowed access to a CA dispensary with a recommendation from another state.

Some states have reciprocity laws that allow recommendations from other states, but I do not believe CA is one of those states
