You can certainly get a New York medical marijuana card if you are a resident of NY. If you are currently in NY, you can use HelloMD to meet with a registered New York medical marijuana practitioner over live video. Note, that you must meet with a practitioner to determine whether your condition meets the requirements for New York eligibility; you cannot get a card in NY based solely on the fact that you were eligible to get one in California.
