What is normal dossage for this product

The instructions on the bottle suggest that you take 1/2 a dropper of the Elixinol and place it under the tongue to be absorbed. However please consider speaking with a practitioner before adding Elixinol to your daily regime.

Hi there! Each dropper-full should contain 30mg of CBD. So, the 1/2 dropper per dose, as mentioned by Veronica, should contain 10mg of CBD. Hope this helps!
