Why has your fee increased so much?

"I see that my post that respectufully asked why your service has gone up $20 in the past year was removed, perhaps in error. Have you added value to your service? Other companies are still at $39, so I'd love to know. I've gotten my card through you all for the past two years, and along with the fact that the cost of meds and packaging has gone up this year, it's upsetting that your fees have gone up this much - seemingly without reason. Please advise. Thanks. "
